1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location. Here are the general estimates:

• Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan):5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across Pakistan.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on our shipping partner’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Hsstoreofficial is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs for re-sending the package will be borne by the customer.
